Anyone who even remotely frequents the blog will know that we have a slight crush on this fella, Chris is responsible for some of our favourite freebies this year and this is another in his string of winners. This super melodic little tearjerker is blowing up all over the internet and with good reason. Chris doesn’t put a foot wrong here. Perhaps this is a tribute to the support he’s received over the past while. Its one of those tracks that enhances your mood if you feel good you’ll smile if you’re a little off today you’ll be a sobbing mess.

Our buddy Ben Gomori knows his way around a remix. His remix of current BBC 6 Music fave Dan Croll’s awesome slice of sunny indie pop ‘From Nowhere’ is just plain brilliant. It brims with everything that makes a memorable track. The hooky vocal with be left knocking about in your cranium for the next while and you’ll be better off for it. Keep your eye on this fella.

This fella’s output is pretty outrageous. This time its a bit of weekend fodder for us. Seriously springy tough house to get you all sweaty and in the mood. The vocals are almost like instructions, they make me want to do as it says. First one to upload a video of a dance move inspired by this track gets a little present from us…..and a high 5.

I must have snoozed on this track from Bit Funk. I know it’s not the time of the year to be posting music more fit for a BBQ then a pasta bake but I just cant help myself. This chopped up track from Bit funk has a swirling appeal. The chopped up vocals remind me of one of Pogo’s Pixar mash-ups (check them here) the chords, although basic, are effective when paired with the muted guitar string plucks. Bound together by a muscular bassline this track wont live forever in memory but will certainly provide enjoyable times.
